How do I know an engine will fit my vehicle?
Send us your vehicle make, model, year, current engine code and – ideally – your VIN or chassis number. Similar models can use different engine codes, so we confirm compatibility before you order. Use the Request Fitment Confirmation button on any engine page or WhatsApp us.
Where do I find my engine code?
The engine code is usually stamped on the engine block and may also appear on your vehicle licence papers, service book or a sticker under the bonnet. If you cannot find it, send us your VIN and photos of the engine and we will help.
Are the prices on the website final?
Prices are shown in South African Rand. Where a listing says “Price on request”, contact us for a quotation. VAT treatment is shown at checkout and on your quotation. Delivery is quoted separately.
Do you deliver outside Gauteng?
We accept delivery enquiries from all nine provinces. Freight is quoted per order based on your town, the engine’s weight and crate size. We will confirm the cost and expected delivery time before you pay.
What is the difference between used, reconditioned, imported and new engines?
A used engine is removed from a vehicle and sold as-is or tested. A reconditioned engine has been rebuilt with replacement parts. An imported used engine has been sourced from outside South Africa. A new engine has not been used. Each listing shows its condition once it has been confirmed.
Do your engines come with a warranty?
Warranty terms depend on the specific engine and its condition. Confirmed warranty terms are shown on the product page or in your quotation – please ask us before you buy.
What is included with the engine?
Engines can be supplied as a long block, a complete engine with ancillaries or a stripped unit. What is included is listed on the product page where confirmed, and in writing on your quotation.
Can I collect the engine myself?
Collection may be arranged by appointment. Please contact us first to confirm availability and collection details.
How do I pay?
You can order engines with a confirmed price online through our secure checkout. For engines on request, we will send a written quotation with payment instructions.
I cannot find my engine on the website. Can you source it?
Yes, please use the Request an Engine form or WhatsApp us your vehicle details. We will let you know what we can source and at what price.
